quiet hotel with great staff
great location excellent breakfast friendly staff fabulous class
The hotel has a fantastic location. breakfast was excellent with much variety! all the staff were great. They were friendly and helpful. i especially liked the entertainment team, especially the stretch class. the airport bus stops very close. It is just a two minute walk away.
Our room was ready, but it did have some bubbling on the ceiling from previous water damage. The design made shower use awkward. it was difficult to put the shower on due to the placement of the fixed glass panel. the safe was also quite old..

irrelevant answers frustrating communication
the breakfast buffet included many options and was acceptable.
communication with the hotel was frustrating because i received irrelevant answers to my questions. the staff barely seemed to read my emails and replied with generic responses. i found this quite annoying.

friendly staff super clean room missing gym small elevator
The hotel staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Our room, a 'Beautiful Double Room Balcony Sea View', was kept super clean by the housekeeping team. They cleaned it daily and provided fresh towels.
The gym was missing. THIS was disappointing for a four-star hotel. I found that the elevator at the reception was very small.

Wonderful Seaside Stay!
convenient location helpful staff
The hotel location was very convenient for exploring. The staff were indeed very helpful and customer centric. I was able to easily walk into town and access restaurants with ease. The taxi stop right outside made getting around simple. The room was modern and clean and the breakfast was very good with options.
The rooms were very loud . I could clearly hear my neighbours' phone conversations. I also heard many noises from nearby rooms.

This hotel provides easy access to the marina and the town center along a superb promenade. It is approximately a twenty-minute walk so you are close to essential places. A taxi rank is available outside for transportation and the setting offers quick access to nearby attractions and conveniences for exploring.

The hotel features a good breakfast spread that includes fresh fruit and many choices and the food is excellent. I could order freshly prepared omelettes each morning and I enjoyed this special touch of the hotel. The bar staff were great.

quiet location friendly staff clean room
the hotel had a quiet location directly on the sea. the staff members were friendly and helpful. i found the bed comfortable and the shower powerful. housekeeping kept the room very clean .
i noticed that the design prioritized aesthetics over practicality. the only drawers available were within the bedside tables. i found it difficult to hang long dresses in the wardrobe so space was somewhat limited.
